What I can do is help you to understand yourself so well using your human design, coaching & energy healing that you're able to take your business to the next level, be more confident in your abilities and run your business YOUR way without doubting yourself or thinking you have to do things the way somebody else is telling you.

I also help recovering overgivers have some time out to nurture themselves and have some valuable 'me time'. I've created a sanctuary for women to prioritise self-care and reclaim their space for growth.
