Louisa B Apothecary was born from a turning point in my life — a moment of burnout, disconnection, and a deep longing for peace. I left my corporate career because I knew there had to be a better way to live — something more aligned, more soulful.

It started with a bar of handmade soap, inspired by a TV programme and a quiet nudge to try something different. I fell in love with the process. That creative spark became the foundation for a journey of healing, self-discovery, and eventually, transformation through aromatherapy, Reiki, and holistic therapies.
