Honestly? If you asked me to sum up what I do in one sentence I'd probably struggle.

Because what I do doesn't fit neatly into a box.

I work with vibrational tools for spiritual alchemy — Reiki, crystals, flower essences and essential oils — to help women who are feeling lost, stuck and disconnected find their way back to themselves.

And I know exactly how that feels. Because I've been her.

Fourteen years ago I was struggling with anorexia, ill health and a corporate job that was slowly draining the life out of me. I knew something had to change but I didn't know where to turn.

I turned to Reiki. Then flower essences. Then crystals and essential oils. Slowly, gradually — the way these things always work — something began to shift.

I left my corporate job. I trained as a holistic therapist. I kept healing, kept learning, kept following the thread that was leading me home to myself.

And somewhere along the way Louisa B Apothecary was born.

I began making my handcrafted products for my clients — a way for them to take a little piece of the treatment room home with them. That sense of peace and calm that comes from a healing session doesn't have to end when you walk out the door. My soaps, balms and oils are an extension of the healing work — vibrational tools in their own right, handcrafted with intention using the finest natural ingredients, essential oils and botanicals — there for you in the quiet moments between sessions when you need to come back to yourself.

That's still exactly what they're for today.

Today I work with women who are where I once was. Struggling. Feeling lost and confused. Knowing they need help but not sure where to begin. Wanting to move forward but feeling stuck.

Women who are ready to be heard. Ready to heal. Ready for something to shift.

Through Reiki and crystal healing, flower essence consultations and my handcrafted apothecary products I hold space for that shift to happen — gently, subtly and at exactly the right pace for you.

Because this is the thing about vibrational medicine. It doesn't force. It doesn't push. It simply creates the conditions for you to remember who you truly are.

When an energetic pattern meets a stronger, purer vibration something remarkable happens — the higher vibration becomes a template, gently reformatting the old pattern from within.
