A 6 week live online journey into the ancient, powerful and transformational world of vibrational medicine — flower essences, crystals and essential oils — and how to use them intentionally to deepen your spiritual practice, connect to your intuition and shine your light in the world.

What we cover across 6 weeks:

Week 1 — The Magic of Vibrational Medicine What vibrational medicine actually is and why it works. The science and the magic. How energy works in and around the body. Setting your intention for the 6 weeks and beginning to build your personal vibrational practice.

Week 2 — Flower Essences The history and wisdom of flower essences — from Dr Bach to the present day. How they work on the soul level. How to choose the right essence for you right now. Working with your first essence and beginning to feel the subtle but profound shifts.

Week 3 — Crystals The energetic intelligence of crystals. How to choose, cleanse and programme your crystals with intention. Building a crystal practice that actually works — not just pretty stones on a shelf but living, breathing vibrational tools in your everyday life.

Week 4 — Essential Oils Plant medicine and spiritual practice. The history of sacred oils. How to work with essential oils for meditation, anointing, ceremony and everyday spiritual practice. Creating your own personal oil ritual.

Week 5 — Your Energy Body Understanding your energy field, your chakras and how vibrational tools work within and around the body. Simple, powerful energy practices to use every single day to keep your energy clear, high and aligned.

Week 6 — Vibrational Alchemy — Bringing it All Together Weaving everything together into a daily vibrational practice that is completely and uniquely yours. Integration, celebration and the next steps on your path. You leave this session knowing exactly who you are and exactly how to use your tools to keep shining your light. 🌸

What each session looks like:

Every Thursday evening for 6 weeks we gather on Zoom — a warm, intimate circle of women ready to learn, grow and connect.

Each 90 minute session includes:

• A grounding opening meditation to bring us into the space together
• A rich teaching on that week's vibrational tool
• A guided meditation or practical exercise working directly with the tool
• Space for sharing, questions and the magic that happens when women gather in circle
• A closing blessing and intention for the week ahead

Between sessions you'll have practical tools and practices to work with — bringing the learning into your everyday life so that by the end of 6 weeks your vibrational practice is already alive and working. 🌸
