When we work together we're not just talking about what's blocking you — we're energetically shifting it at its root.

What to expect:
We begin with a short conversation to explore what you're currently carrying, what you're ready to release and what you want to open up to.
You'll then get comfortable in your own space — on your bed or sofa, wrapped in a blanket — and I'll guide you through a gentle meditation to connect you to your true authentic self, what I like to call your golden self. That part of you that exists beneath the fear, the doubt and the conditioning. The version of you that already knows who she is, what she's here to do and the next right steps.
From there I'll carry out your distance Reiki and crystal healing, working with your energy field to shift what's ready to move.
After the session we'll reconnect and I'll share any insights, messages or shifts that came through.
Distance isn't a barrier to this work. Energy moves where it's needed.
For deeper lasting change I recommend working together consistently — moving beyond surface level shifts into meaningful and lasting transformation.
