The Golden Pathway Healing Journey
This is a series of deep healing sessions that takes you beneath the blocks and back to the place where clarity lives — your golden self. Your true, authentic self. Because your true self has all the answers.
How each session works
We begin with a guided meditation to bring you home to your true self, your golden self — quietening the noise, the doubt, the overthinking — so you can receive the healing from the deepest place possible.
From there I carry out a combined Reiki and crystal healing, working with your energy field to release what's been holding you back. The blocks, the fears, the patterns running quietly beneath the surface — we work at the root of them, not just the symptoms.
We close together, where I share what came up during the healing — the energy I noticed, what I was shown by my guides. This is often where the real breakthroughs happen.

A little about me
I'm Louise, founder of Louisa B Apothecary and a healer and medicine woman with over fourteen years of experience working with vibrational tools.
I'm a Reiki Master and Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer, Flower Essence Practitioner and Aromatherapist — but more than my qualifications, I bring my own lived experience of leaving behind what no longer fits and finding my way back to my golden self.
In my forties I walked away from a corporate career because I simply knew I couldn't stay on the hamster wheel any longer. I didn't have all the answers — I just knew something had to change. That leap, and everything that unfolded from it, is woven into everything I do.
I know what it feels like to stand at the edge of who you've been and sense that something more is waiting. That's why this work matters so much to me. I'm not just holding space for your healing — I'm walking beside you on a path I know well
